Passport is required for ALL nationalities. It is the primary international identity document.
- Passport Number: enter exactly as printed (no spaces)
- Expiry: must be valid for 6+ months beyond SPA signing date
- Upload: biographical/photo page (clear, full page)
- For companies: upload the authorized signatory's passport
💡 TIP
Passport validity = 6 months beyond the PROJECTED SIGNING DATE, not today's date. Check the deal timeline before checking validity.
