UAE Residence Visa is required for all non-UAE nationals residing in the UAE.
- Visa Type: Residence / Investor / Employment / Tourist
- Visa Number: as stamped on the visa page
- Valid Until: must not be expired at signing
- Tourists: escalate to Compliance — enhanced due diligence required
💡 TIP
Tourist visa holders CANNOT sign an SPA in the UAE without a Notary Public. Always escalate tourist buyers to Compliance before proceeding.
