Every customer requires a specific set of documents based on their nationality and entity type.
- UAE Nationals: Emirates ID (front+back) + Passport
- GCC Nationals: National ID + Passport
- Expats in UAE: Passport + Valid UAE Residence Visa
- Companies: Trade License + MOA + Authorized Signatory ID

Send the document checklist by WhatsApp/email BEFORE the customer visits. Collect everything upfront.
