Review the invoice header: customer name, invoice date, due date, and payment terms.
- Customer must match SO exactly (including company vs. individual)
- Invoice date = document date for accounting period
- Due date must align with payment plan milestones

Invoice date determines the accounting period (month/year). Late-dating invoices causes revenue reporting errors.
